I woke up early this morning, and I was considering something that I could share with you that has helped me.

Well, it didn’t take long for me to figure it out.

One of the first things that I do in my morning every day after I wake up is I fill up my water bottle to help me start hydrating after a good night’s sleep, and then, I get my glass and pour in two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and then fill it up with water. Sometimes I mix a bit of honey with the vinegar to make it extra nice, but most days I like to just keep it simple. I drink half the glass right away, and leave the other half for about an hour before drinking the rest.

So now that I’ve told you what I do, of course, I want to share with you some of the benefits of drinking organic apple cider vinegar. There really are so many benefits to your body from this simple age-old remedy.
