Welcome to #Pidgethink!

Pidgethink Tutoring is ready to support you achieving your best results in your University legal studies! I’m now a Junior Solicitor with Wickham Lawyers (28/11/2023), since being admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland at Brisbane on 13 November 2023.

In December 2021, I graduated from Griffith University with Bachelor of Laws (Class I Honours) and Business (with Distinction, major in Human Resources Management). I’ve also completed my PLT with Leo Cussen Centre of Law, receiving my Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in August 2022.

I’m a University student tutor through Australian Law Tutor. I’m also a part-time Research Assistant with the Griffith Law School. My current bookings are available by request only, as I am juggling my time between working as a lawyer, PhD research and having a personal life besides. I would be happy to assist you, but if you can contact me by email, it would be much appreciated.

I’ll commenced my PhD in Mental Health Law at QUT in February 2023, under the supervision of Dr Sam Boyle (QUT Law), Dr Katrine del Villar (QUT Law) and Professor Matthew Ball (QUT School of Justice). I will be investigating how the concept of dangerousness is constructed in psychiatry and psychiatric evidence, and how this concept informs medico-legal decisions in relation to involuntary hospitalization and preventive detention. I am currently researching part-time since commencing full-time employment as a lawyer on 28 November 2023.

Welcome to #Pidgethink! Feel free to look around and contact me if I can serve you in anyway.
